We’re looking for Support Interns with a strong IT background who are passionate about technology, customer success, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and functional support to clients using BridgeERP.

  • Assist in system testing, user onboarding, and troubleshooting.

  • Participate in product demos and training sessions for new users.

  • Document client feedback and report improvement suggestions to the technical team.

  • Collaborate with developers to replicate, analyze, and resolve technical issues.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Background in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills.

  • Passion for technology and problem-solving.

  • Knowledge of ERP systems

  • Ability to learn fast, stay organized, and work independently or in teams.
