pledges lien shares against facilities with release tracking; forfeitures flag defaulted subscriptions with shares and amounts; buybacks exit members at their average subscribed cost — paid-up capital never goes negative.

Declaration to payout, one clean run

Dividends declare on a rate, compute per member, pass approval, post — declarations in the register, at rates from 4 to 12 pct — and pay by cash, cheque, credit to savings or mobile money, with warrants and payment vouchers printed per member.

Share classes, rules attached

Ordinary, preference, deferred, founder and staff classes each carry par value, issue price, voting rights and dividend defaults on the product — and the settings hold transfer approval, fractional shares and the unpaid grace period.

Capital, sliced for the board

Accounts by product and branch, transaction pivots and the capital dashboard — who holds what, where it moved and what the dividend will cost, off the live register.
