Services
The people behind the software
Software on its own rarely changes a business. These are the services that put it to work — configured for how you actually operate, by the team that builds it.
Nairobi-based. Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm East Africa Time.

Guided implementation
We configure it, move your data, and train your people
A Success Pack puts a named consultant on your project from the first call. They configure the system around how you already work, bring your products, customers and opening balances across, train the people who will actually use it every day, and stay with you through the switch.
- A named consultantOne person who knows your project from the first call to the week after go-live, not a queue.
- Your data, brought acrossProducts, customers, suppliers and opening balances migrated and reconciled before you switch anything off.
- Training on your own systemSessions for the people who will use it, on your configuration and your data — not a generic demonstration.
- Someone on the line on the dayWe are available while you switch over, and through the first week of live trading.
Packs start with a free Quick Start of up to 24 hours and run to a 400-hour Enterprise pack. If the work needs more hours than your pack holds, we tell you before we spend them — you add hours at $85 an hour, or move up a pack.
Custom development
Engineers by the day, from the team that builds the platform
When your process does not fit standard software, we extend it — a report that finally matches your board pack, an integration with your bank or your revenue authority, or a module that does not exist anywhere else. You book engineering time by the day, and the work happens in the open: daily progress notes, review on every change, and a staging copy you can look at before anything touches your live system.
- Priced by the day$85 a day for an experienced developer. $150 a day for a project manager to run the work and be your point of contact.
- Booked in blocks, not contractsFrom five days. Unused days roll over for ninety days, so nothing you paid for is wasted.
- Work starts within 48 hoursYour engineer begins within 48 hours of payment.
- Nothing reaches live untestedConfiguration and code go onto a staging copy of your system first. You look at it there before it becomes real.
Blocks run from five days upward. You get the invoice by email and pay from your portal, and the engineer starts within 48 hours of payment.
Websites and online shops
A website wired to the system that runs the business
Most business websites are an island. The stock on the page and the stock in the warehouse are two different numbers, and somebody spends their morning retyping orders out of an inbox. We build yours on the same platform that runs your invoicing, your stock and your customers, so an order placed online is already an order in your system.
- A package price, not an estimateStarter, Standard and Advanced, each with a fixed price and a stated delivery window before you commit.
- Hosting, domain and certificate for the first yearIncluded in every package. After the first year you renew with us or take it elsewhere.
- You own itOn final payment the site and its content are yours, and we will move it to your own hosting if you ask us to.
- Optional annual careSecurity updates, minor content changes, backups and monitoring, priced as a share of the package.

Hardware, supplied and set up
The till, the scanner and the scale, already talking to your system
Hardware is where most rollouts stall. A scanner that types the wrong characters. A printer that will not take the receipt layout. A scale nobody can read a weight off. We supply devices we have tested against BridgeERP ourselves, configure them against your own products, and hand them over working.
- Scanners we have testedInateck BCST-10 and Honeywell Eclipse 5145 for the counter, Motorola DS4208-SR and CS3000 where it needs to be rugged, and the Zebra TC2x and TC7x mobile computers for the warehouse floor.
- Label and receipt printingZebra ZD411 label printers, driven straight from the point of sale.
- Weighing scales that read into stockMettler Toledo Ariva scales send live weights into Inventory through the IoT box.
- Configured before it reaches your counterSet up and tested against your own product file, not shipped in a box for you to work out.
Devices run from around $70 for a wireless scanner to around $250 for a rugged one. Tell us what the counter has to do and we will quote the list.
Everything else we do
Three more things, each with a page of its own.
Support
Every subscription includes product support by email and ticket. What you send goes to an engineer who works on the product itself, not to a script reader.
Anything that stops you trading is pulled to the front of the queue.
Open a support requestTraining
Short walkthroughs recorded on the real software, so a new starter can learn the till or the sales desk without booking anyone's time.
Live sessions on your own configuration come with a Success Pack.
Watch the coursesBecome a partner
Sell and implement BridgeERP under your own name, with platform access for testing and onboarding, training materials, and a recurring share of what your clients pay.
Two levels, with the terms and the revenue share published in full.
Read the partnership termsHow an engagement runs
The same four steps whether it is a two-day report or a full rollout.
- You tell us what you are trying to doA call or a form. No preparation needed — bring the problem, not a specification. If you already have one, send it.
- We put the scope in writingWhat we will do, what it costs, how long it takes and what we need from you. You approve it before anyone starts work.
- We build it on a copyConfiguration, data migration and development happen on a staging copy of your system. You look at it there, and say what is wrong, before it becomes real.
- You go live, and we stay onWe are on hand the day you switch. After that your subscription support carries it, and you can book more time whenever you need it.
Not sure which you need?
Most businesses start with a Success Pack and add development or design later as they grow. Tell us what you are trying to do and we will say plainly which of these — if any — you actually need.
Three questions, no email address, no form.

Four ways in, depending on what you need.
One office, and a team that travels
We are based in Nairobi. Most of the work happens remotely, on a copy of your system, which is why a business in Kampala or Kigali gets the same consultant as one in Westlands — and gets them this week rather than when someone can fly.
When a rollout genuinely needs people in the room — a multi-site go-live, a counter full of new hardware, a training week — we quote the travel separately and tell you before you commit to it.

Questions before you buy
What am I actually buying with a Success Pack?
Consultant time, in hours, against a written scope. The pack sets how many hours are included; the scope sets what those hours get spent on. Configuration, data migration, training and go-live support all come out of the same pool, and you see the scope before anything starts.
Who does the work?
Our own consultants and engineers. The people who build BridgeERP are the people who configure it and extend it, which is why a change to how it behaves does not have to go through anybody else.
What if the work needs more hours than the pack includes?
We tell you before we spend them, not after. You can add hours at $85 an hour or move up a pack — either way the decision is yours and it happens in writing.
How and when do we pay?
Success Packs and engineering blocks are invoiced when you book, and you pay from your customer portal. Website packages are half on start and half before launch. Hardware is quoted per order.
Do you work outside Kenya?
Yes. Most of the delivery is remote, so where you are matters less than what you need. When a job needs someone on site we quote the travel separately and tell you before you commit.
