Compared like for like: a 45-room independent hotel, 12 staff users, single property, one restaurant or bar outlet, on each vendor’s cheapest published tier, at list price, as published on 22 August 2026. Where a product is marked quote only that vendor does not publish a price for a property this size, so it counts as nothing here — it is not free. Several vendors bundle the front desk, the channel manager and the booking engine, so a hotel buying all three from one of them may pay less than the three lines added up. All product names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify those products; no affiliation or endorsement is implied. Integrations & hardware
What a hotel buys alongside the software — door locks and key cards, the OTA channel manager, card terminals, WhatsApp, tax e-invoicing. Pick what you need and it lands on the same quote. There is no integration fee: building and certifying these connectors was our investment, not yours.
Questions hoteliers ask us
The awkward ones included. If something here is not answered, ask an advisor and we will put the answer in writing rather than guess.
Pricing
Pricing is per room. Every plan is a $12 monthly base plus a graduated room tier, and app modules are priced as a percentage of the room total. A 45-room property running the full suite is about $175 a month. That number covers hosting, maintenance and unlimited support; hardware, the implementation Success Pack and any third-party subscriptions sit outside it. Give us your room count and the apps you want and we will put the exact figure in writing.
Included: the software, hosting, maintenance, unlimited support, and every connector we have built - door locks, channel managers, payment gateways, WhatsApp senders and tax authorities. Extra, and shown separately on the quote: hardware, the implementation Success Pack, and third-party services you subscribe to directly. Per-message WhatsApp and SMS spend is a third-party cost too - it goes to the sender at their price, not to us.
No. There is no per-user fee at any point. The bill is driven by your room count, so adding front desk, housekeeping, F&B or seasonal staff accounts does not change what you pay. That is deliberate: we do not want you keeping departments off the system to save licence money.
No, and not for your first property or your tenth. Building and certifying the connectors was our own investment, made once, and we do not bill it to clients. What we cannot waive is money owed to somebody else. Where we buy that from the vendor and supply it to you - a lock system's PMS interface licence, for example - it is on our invoice at our cost plus 25 percent, the same rule as any hardware. Where you contract the vendor directly - a channel manager subscription, tax-authority fees - it is shown on the quote at the vendor's price so you can see the whole cost, we add nothing, and it is not on our invoice.
The only percentage in our own pricing is how app modules are priced - a percentage of your room subscription total, not of your revenue, your bookings or your card volume. Card processing fees belong to your payment provider. They are shown at that provider's price and settle directly with them.
Getting started
Separate. Implementation is a Success Pack sized to the property, and it is quoted as its own line, never folded into the monthly figure. Choosing more integrations moves the recommended pack up, because commissioning a lock system or a tax connector and training staff on it is real additional work. Training is part of the pack; the day-to-day support that follows go-live is unlimited and included in the subscription.
Yes, and we would rather quote it that way. The first-year total is twelve months of subscription, plus the Success Pack, plus any hardware at our cost plus 25 percent including freight, plus third-party subscriptions listed at the vendor's price. The third-party lines are on the quote for visibility but you pay those vendors directly, so they never appear on an invoice from us.
Because no supplier has priced it yet. We do not put a firm number on something a supplier has not quoted us, and anything in that state is excluded from the totals so the total you see is real. Once the supplier quote lands, that line gets a price and the total moves. It is better to tell you that up front than to hand you a tidy number that changes after you sign.
We do not fit locks ourselves by default. Fitting is subcontracted to an authorised dealer or lock integrator and passed through to you at cost plus 25 percent. That is a warranty decision, not a convenience one: ASSA ABLOY, for example, void all warranties if a non-trained person fits their locks, and a voided warranty on 40 doors costs far more than the fitting.
Hardware & integrations
Locks are quoted separately and are usually the largest line in a lock project, often larger than a year of software. We will not quote them off a room count, because the price depends on door count, handing, thickness and backset. A survey establishes those before anything is ordered. Locks and all other hardware are sold at our cost plus 25 percent, freight included in the calculation.
Plain cards start at 50. There is no 200-card minimum on those. Logo-printed cards are different: the supplier imposes a genuine 200-card minimum and a one-off print set-up charge, and both appear on the quote. If you want printed cards eventually, ordering plain cards now and printed cards later is fine.
Where we already have a certified connector, yes, and connecting it costs you nothing from us. The subscription or licence for that product stays between you and its vendor at their price. Tell us the exact product name and we will tell you plainly whether the connector exists today; if it does not, we will say so rather than imply it does.
The pricing page can display many currencies, but hardware, freight and licences are invoiced in US dollars at the rate on the order date. Local-currency figures are a guide for budgeting, not a locked price. If the shilling or franc moves between quote and order, the dollar figure is the one that holds.
Running it day to day
We support KRA eTIMS in Kenya, OBR EBMS in Burundi and URA EFRIS in Uganda. Building and certifying those connectors was our own investment, so there is no integration fee for using them. Any fee the tax authority itself charges is theirs, shown at their price, and paid directly by you.
Unlimited support is included in every plan, along with hosting and maintenance. There is no premium support tier to upgrade into and no per-ticket charge. We do not price support separately because a system nobody can get help with is not worth selling.
Call us. We built and certified the connectors, so connector problems are ours to fix and that work is covered by the support already in your plan. What we cannot take over is the other vendor's own service or the money you owe them for it - if their platform is down or their licence has lapsed, that stays with them, and we will tell you clearly which side the problem is on.
