Version 1.0. At a glance: 10% off the first invoice for the business you refer, 10% for you on its subscription for 12 months, available 90 days after each payment, as credit on your invoices or as a bank payout from USD 100.
1. About these terms
- 1.1These terms govern the BridgeERP affiliate programme (the programme), run by BridgeERP Limited (BridgeERP).
- 1.2You accept them when you join in your BridgeERP portal. The version you accepted and the date are recorded on your affiliate account.
- 1.3The programme is free. Joining does not make you an employee, agent or partner of BridgeERP, and you may not make promises or statements on BridgeERP's behalf.
2. Who can join
- 2.1Any person or business with a BridgeERP account can join. There is one affiliate account per company.
- 2.2BridgeERP partners are rewarded for their referrals under their partner agreement and cannot join the programme.
3. Your link
- 3.1Your link is https://www.mybridgeerp.com/r/ followed by your link name: 3 to 30 lower-case letters, digits and hyphens, starting and ending with a letter or a digit. Names reserved by BridgeERP are refused.
- 3.2You can change your link name until a first referral comes through it. After that it stays.
- 3.3Your link can open any page of www.mybridgeerp.com.
4. Referrals
- 4.1When someone opens your link, their browser remembers it for 90 days. If they open another affiliate's link afterwards, the later link replaces yours.
- 4.2A business becomes your referral when, within that time and from that browser, it starts a BridgeERP demo, buys on www.mybridgeerp.com or asks for a quotation there.
- 4.3A referral is recorded once. It does not move to another affiliate afterwards.
- 4.4A referral is refused, with no discount and no earnings, when the business is you or your company; when it shares an email address, a company email domain (public email providers excepted), a phone number or a tax number with you, your company or its contacts; when it has already paid a BridgeERP invoice or runs a paid BridgeERP database; or when your affiliate account is suspended or closed.
- 4.5A referral recorded from an internet address that your own account used in the previous 30 days is held for review: its earnings are not released until BridgeERP clears it.
- 4.6An order already credited to a BridgeERP partner stays with that partner.
- 4.7BridgeERP may reject a referral that breaks these terms. The reason is recorded and its pending earnings are cancelled.
5. The referred business's discount
- 5.1The business receives 10% off the plan (the platform, its users or units and its apps) on its first invoice: the first month, the first year or the one-time licence. Implementation, hardware, integrations and other extras are not discounted.
- 5.2The discount appears as its own line on the invoice, the quotation or the demo activation invoice, and applies once.
6. What you earn
- 6.1You earn 10% of what the referred business pays for its BridgeERP subscription, before tax and after its discount: the plan, its renewals, and the users and apps it adds.
- 6.2Earnings apply to the first 12 months of service, counted from the start of the business's first paid period. A billing period that runs past those months counts for its days inside them.
- 6.3Implementation, hardware, integrations, Success Packs, developer days, taxes and other products do not earn.
- 6.4An earning is recorded when the invoice is paid, in your balance currency at that day's exchange rate. You choose your balance currency when you join, from the currencies BridgeERP invoices in.
7. Pending and available
- 7.1An earning is pending for 90 days after the payment, then becomes available.
- 7.2If the invoice is refunded or is no longer paid before the earning is available, the earning is cancelled. A refund after that is deducted from your balance.
- 7.3While your balance is negative, it cannot be used or paid out until new earnings cover it.
8. Using credit on your invoices
- 8.1Your available balance can pay your own unpaid BridgeERP invoices, any amount, from the invoice in your portal. It is converted at that day's exchange rate.
- 8.2Credit cannot pay another company's invoices and cannot be transferred.
9. Bank payouts
- 9.1You can request a payout when at least USD 100, or the same amount in your balance currency, is available and your bank details are saved: account holder, bank, account number or IBAN, SWIFT/BIC code or branch, and country.
- 9.2You can have one request at a time, and you can withdraw it until BridgeERP approves it.
- 9.3BridgeERP approves or rejects each request; a rejection states the reason and the amount returns to your balance. Approved requests are included in the payout run on the 1st of each month and paid by bank transfer to the account you gave.
- 9.4Your bank details are stored encrypted. Only BridgeERP accounting can view them, and each viewing is recorded on your affiliate account. You are responsible for their accuracy, and for declaring your earnings where you pay tax.
- 9.5Bank payouts are not open yet. Until they open, your available balance pays your BridgeERP invoices.
10. Suspension and closing
- 10.1BridgeERP may suspend an affiliate account that breaks these terms, with the reason recorded. While it is suspended, your link records no new referrals, pending earnings are not released, and credit and payouts are paused.
- 10.2BridgeERP may reactivate or close a suspended account. Once an account is closed, its link records no new referrals and no new earnings are added; earnings already recorded are released as usual, and the available balance can still be used as credit or paid out.
- 10.3You can ask BridgeERP to close your affiliate account at any time.
11. Changes
- 11.1BridgeERP may change the programme or these terms by publishing a new version on this page. A change applies from its publication; earnings already recorded are not changed.
