Lead Interviewer
Focus: Introduction, Cultural Fit, Communication, Motivation
Opening (3 minutes)
1. "Welcome! Tell us about yourself and why you're excited about this internship with BridgeERP?"
Look for: Confidence, clarity, enthusiasm, preparation, company knowledge
Cultural Fit & Behavioral (10 minutes)
2. "Describe a time you worked in a team. What was your role and contribution?"
Look for: Teamwork, leadership, accountability, conflict resolution
3. "Tell us about a challenge you faced and how you overcame it."
Look for: Problem-solving, resilience, learning mindset, initiative
4. "How do you handle multiple deadlines? Give a specific example."
Look for: Time management, prioritization, stress handling
5. "How do you handle feedback and criticism?"

MERVIN
Technical Assessor
Focus: Technical Skills, Role Knowledge, Practical Experience, Learning Ability
Technical Assessment (12 minutes)
1. "What's your most relevant experience or project for this role? What tools did you use?"
Look for: Relevant experience, technical vocabulary, hands-on knowledge
2. "What software/tools are you proficient in? Rate yourself 1-10."
Look for: Honest self-assessment, technical breadth, willingness to learn
3. "What do you know about ERP systems? Any experience with business software?"
Look for: ERP awareness, business understanding, learning readiness
4. "Tell me about a time you learned a new skill quickly. How did you approach it?"
Look for: Learning agility, resourcefulness, self-motivation, adaptability
5. "What do you hope to learn during this 3-month internship?"
Look for: Specific goals, realistic expectations, career direction
FRANCK
Scenario Expert
Focus: Real-world Scenarios, Decision Making, Critical Thinking
